CHIEVELEY 500 CLUB

Supporting Chieveley Village Hall & Recreation Grounds

 

Join the Chieveley 500 Club and help support our Village Hall and recreation facilities. Each member receives a numbered ticket and is entered into monthly prize draws throughout the year.

How It Works

• Annual membership runs from 1 July to 30 June.

• Membership fee: £15 per ticket.

• Join between 1 January and 30 June for a half-year membership (£7.50).

• Members must be 16+.

• You can hold more than one ticket.

 

Monthly Prizes

• £50 First Prize

• £25 Second Prize

• £200 Christmas Prize (full-year members only)

Draws take place in the first week following the end of each month (21st December for the Christmas draw). Winners are notified by email, and results are published on this website and in the Downland Benefice Magazine.

 

Where the Money Goes

At least 20% of all proceeds support the running and improvement of Chieveley Village Hall and the recreation grounds.

 

How to Join

Download the application form and return it to the email below, ensuring that your payment by standing order, or bank transfer is completed at the same time.

For standing orders these should be set up to leave your bank account on 1st July for full year membership, but if paying to join for a full year after the 1st July annual membership year start point, or for the half-year from 1st January, then please arrange a one-off payment via BACS transfer. (If paying by cash contact the administrator to arrange.)
